The specific cooperation plan can be made after measurement according to the actual condition of the project. Besides, a part of project can be cooperated by equipment leasing method.

BOT/BOOT mode:
Mode profile: the partner provides field, and company is responsible for the all investment and construction and post-period operation and maintenance; after completing the project, the project property and operation power belong to company within a certain deadline; until the investment cost is returned, the property and operation right shall be transferred to partner.

BT mode
Mode profile: partner provides field and investment device; after investing and building the project, the partner shall repurchase the project by stages/item according to appointed standard; the project property belongs to the company within the repurchasing period; after contributing to repurchase the project by stages, the property and operation right shall be transferred to partner.

Common investment and cooperative operation mode
Mode profile: partner provides field and investment device; after investing and building the project, both parties jointly operate (it can corporately register an operation company to undertake the operation), and share the cooperation operation profile according to the ratio confirmed by negotiation; the project property belongs to both Parties (or belong to the cooperation registered operation company).
